Sent to broker: As an out of town buyer, it was important to us to have a real estate agent with excellent listening skills who could then manifest the buyer’s needs, wants, and desires in the selection of homes we were to see during the limited time we had during our house hunting trip here to the Seattle area. Rhonda is obviously quite skilled at this. In addition to her listening skills and ability to present homes, we also found Rhonda to be a good advisor, advocate and businesswoman. She was extremely helpful throughout the negotiations that culminated in the agreement we struck with the seller and then during the inspection and repairs phase. Knowing that as an out of town buyer following up would be difficult, she didn’t hesitate to jump into the breach as needed to see that the process flowed smoothly and the items that needed to be completed prior to the act of sale were in fact done. Even after the sale, she continued her excellent service. We didn’t move immediately and so she watched over the home and engaged lawn maintenance services during the interim. Rhonda is a consummate professional!
